Kingswood Road Total Renovation

The rough shape of this home did not blind us to its potential. The lot was completely overgrown, and the interior was dark, segmented, and dated. Extensive landscaping and removal of dead growth along with a complete exterior overhaul revived this once dreary property. The large, unfinished attic became functional living square footage with the addition of an interior staircase. The kitchen and bathrooms were re-worked, and the living areas were opened and modernized.
